Major international law firm seeks an Associate with bank regulatory AND corporate securities experience. Must have top academics to join the Financial Institutions Corporate & Regulatory practice group. This practice group represents banks, thrifts, foreign banks, their branches and agencies & other financial institutions, as well as bank & thrift holding companies and their officers, directors & owners. Practice also includes substantial regulatory representation at state and federal levels. Related practices: Asset Securitization, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Community Banks, Debt restructurings & Workouts, Derivatives, Lending Services, M&A's, & Private Equity. Firm is seeking 2-4 yrs. experience.

Education, training, experience:

J.D. along with top academics. Candidates who are not already admitted to the Texas bar will be considered, but eligibility to become licensed to practice law in Texas is required.
