The Dallas office of an international law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of solid commercial experience!
The firm represents both public and private companies in a variety of industries on complex commercial disputes. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level associate to take on a lot of responsibility and hone their hands-on, practice litigation skills.
The firm’s litigators have significant experience trying cases in all courts throughout the country, and will try those cases to verdict, when necessary.
This position will report to two decision makers who are Partners. One partner represents clients in complex commercial litigation and business disputes. The other partner helps businesses resolve disputes both in and out of court. Both are trial lawyers.
-2-5 years of commercial/business litigation experience witihn a law firm
-Licensure in Texas required
-Am Law experience preferred/strong education credentials
-Hands-on experience taking and defending depositions, arguing motions/hearings in court
-Excellent legal research and writing skills
-Able to take on responsibility and hone their hands-on, practice litigation skills
-Top communication skills needed
