Complex Litigation Defense Attorneys (Oklahoma City and Tulsa) (DFM #217)

Growing multi-state defense litigation firm seeks driven attorneys with a passion for litigation at their Oklahoma City and Tulsa locations!  The firm specializes in complex litigation and practices in a variety of areas of the law including construction law, healthcare liability, oil and gas, product liability, and insurance coverage.  Must be a team player and not afraid of hard work, and wants to try cases.  Candidates with a strong litigation background and/or insurance defense experience, are preferred!

Qualifications:

-J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Oklahoma.

-Must be self starter and able to work within a fast-aced and demanding environment.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to provide substantive analysis are necessities, in addition to strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

-Case Management from start to finish, including written discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, mediation, hearing attendance.

-Must be able to evaluate a case’s strengths and weaknesses and be able to evaluate settlement and verdict potential.

Trial experience is not required but heavily preferred.
