Growing multi-state defense litigation firm seeks driven attorneys with a passion for litigation at their Oklahoma City and Tulsa locations! The firm specializes in complex litigation and practices in a variety of areas of the law including construction law, healthcare liability, oil and gas, product liability, and insurance coverage. Must be a team player and not afraid of hard work, and wants to try cases. Candidates with a strong litigation background and/or insurance defense experience, are preferred!

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements

Case Management from start to finish, including written discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, mediation, hearing attendance.
Must be able to evaluate a case’s strengths and weaknesses and be able to evaluate settlement and verdict potential.
Trial experience is not required but heavily preferred.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Oklahoma.
Must be self starter and able to work within a fast-aced and demanding environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to provide substantive analysis are necessities, in addition to strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
