Executive Receptionist (Temp-to-Perm) (DFM #602)

High-profile, investment company is seeking an Executive Receptionist to manage their front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks!  (It will be a temp-to-perm for 90 days)


Job Responsibilities:

-Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive

-Announce and direct guests to the appropriate personnel

-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel

-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

-Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, newspapers and deliveries

-Maintain office supplies by stocking workroom and kitchen areas as needed

-Monitor calendars for meetings

-Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare expense reports for Associate level personnel


Skills and Qualifications:

-Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

-Hands-on experience with office equipment

-Professional attitude and appearance

-Solid written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

-Excellent organizational skills

-Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

-Customer service attitude

-Offer administrative support across the organizaiton

-Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls


The company is looking for a pleasant personality with a customer service attitude, able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.


Hours:  8:00-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
