Growing office of a burgeoning litigation practice is seeking Mid-Senior Level Litigation Attorneys to assist in all facets of its litigation practice including mission-critical depositions; strategy development; dispositive hearings; legal research and writing, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and trials. This will involve direct client interaction and will also entail extensive collaboration with firm attorneys and staff, delegation of tasks to support personnel, and the mentoring of young attorneys. The client is a dynamic Dallas-based law firm representing the design, construction, and real estate industry. Clients include international and regional architecture, engineering, and land surveying firms; leading heavy civil contractors; and single and multi-family real estate developers located in Texas and throughout the United States.
The firm is committed to the implementation of technology in the practice of law and continues to implement the latest cloud-based technologies to simplify case management, streamline communications, and leverage analytics. Ideal candidates will possess at least 5-15 years’ litigation experience.
