Dallas office of large, international law firm is seeking a Receptionist for their mid-size office in Uptown!  Must exhibit a good telephone demeanor and excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills.  Strong communication skills with diplomacy, professionalism and courtesy, by phone, in-person and email are needed.  Must be well-organized and able to efficiently product error-free work product and be able to “think on his/her feet” and use excellent judgement!

Candidate must also be proactive and have strong interpersonal and customer service skills as well as the ability to use good judgement in handling administrative tasks in a timely manner with limited supervision and in a professional manner.  Strong attention to detail, solid computer proficiency, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and problem solve while remaining calm in deadline driven situations is required!

 

Job Summary:

-Receptionist will be responsible for providing concierge-level support.

-Duties include: greeting clients, handling phone calls, operating the Cisco phone system, registering visitors with building security, issuing parking validations and accurately recording usage, logging deliveries, booking conference rooms, processing invoices, providing back-up to the Catering Assistant and handling clerical overflow projects.

 

Experience:

-3+ years of previous receptionist/front office experience in a law firm or professional services environment.

-Demonstrate concierge-level of customer service displayed at Five Star hotels and resorts.

-College degree is a plus!

-High proficiency in Word/Excel/Power Point and Windows 7.

 

Firm provides an excellent benefit package to include parking along with beautiful offices in Uptown!

Hours are: 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday

 

Salary:  $38,000-40,000 DOE
