Job Description:
High-profile, international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified Director of Administration for their Dallas office. This position is responsible for effective leadership in all aspects of law firm management and is also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office in which they are assigned. The Director works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer and the Office Managing Partner in overseeing the staff and operations in the office.
This position is a hybrid role, combining management of the local office and firmwide oversight of the firm’s paralegals. Paralegal oversight includes overseeing work allocation, utilization and profitability, performance management and professional development.
