They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their busy and thriving practice in Dallas, Texas.  This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is committed to advocating aggressively for injured clients.  This Associate will manage a docket of personal injury cases from intake through resolution, with a strong emphasis on case development, negotiation, and trial preparation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence claims.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case status and expectations.

Pre-Litigation Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
  • Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with case managers and support staff to ensure timely progression of files.

Client Advocacy:

  • Provide compassionate, responsive representation to clients.
  • Counsel clients on risks, settlement options, and litigation strategy.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
  • 1-5 years of personal injury experience preferred; trial experience is a plus.
  • Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume docket efficiently.
  • Demonstrated resilience, strong work ethic, and commitment to client advocacy.
